  • Order Processing
    Our orders are automatically processed once payment is made. We process orders every night and we schedule them for fulfillment in the closest Warehouse to your location that has inventory.
  • Pick up orders
    We do not have a pick up location, our address on file is the office. We do not plan to open a store front at the current time.
  • Order Cancellation
    We always do our best to catch your order before it's assigned for picking and packing, however due to our highly automated systems, sometimes even five minutes after you placed your order it is already in the picking queue. At that point we are not able to stop shipping it (even though we will try our best).
    Please open a return request when you receive the package and we will process your return as fast as we can.
  • Priority Shipping
    We DO NOT OFFER SATURDAY delivery. Please consider this when placing orders on Friday or Thursday for Priority shipping. Your item will most probably arrive Monday. Our Overnight Shipping is truly USPS Priority 2-3 day service without exception BUT that doesn't guarantee Saturday delivery.
  • Store Closures
    We regularly shut down for Jewish Holidays and the Shabbat. We are a Shomer Shabbat business. Therefore, a few times a year our offices will not be available. Please consult a Jewish Religous Calendar for the US for details.
  • Order Cancellation on ETA longer than seven days for shipping
    When you purchase an item from us, you will see an indication of the expected shipping day. For us, it is usually between 1 - 2 business days. You will also receive a notification about your order on expected shipping and arrival days.
    Rarely, some issues might come up when shipping an item (like dropping the last item available during packing) and we have to replenish inventory before we can ship. Other rare occurrences can include flash sale effect, or a technical error.
    In these situations we will research our fastest replenishment options and will notify you of a reasonable ETA for the items availability. Most times we will upgrade your shipping so the item can still arrive on time, if possible. However sometimes we will see that the items ETA is longer than seven days. We will notify you in an email of this, and will cancel the order. This is in your and our benefit, since the market prices can fluctuate significantly during the seven days, you might find a better deal and return the item to us, thereby wasting time and money for both of us.
